Dear guests.
From July 5 to August 5, we will be closed for the summer.
September 26th will be the final day of FAN. The time has come for us to say goodbye.
A heartfelt thank you to all our guests who have visited us, celebrated with us, and created memories around the table with us over the years. It has been a pleasure to be part of your special moments, both big and small.
I hope to see you again at Brasserie Nouvelle, my next project.
