Restaurant FAN is a small restaurant located in a classic Frogner apartment, featuring a warm and welcoming Nordic-inspired interior.
Bjørn Svensson moved to Oslo in 1999 and has worked at renowned places such as Bagatelle, el Bulli, and Gordon Ramsay London. He later opened restaurants like Oscarsgate, Fauna, Galt, and Schlägergården, all recognized with Michelin stars. Now, he brings his culinary skills to Restaurant FAN.
His aim is to create a great environment for his team and a place where guests can enjoy delicious food. We focus on using high-quality ingredients to provide the best flavors and textures for our guests.
